Fermonitor is an IoT-based monitoring system designed to identify the fermentation maturity of cassava tapai (a traditional Indonesian fermented food) through gas concentration measurement. Sensors detect the levels of fermentation gases and transmit the data to a monitoring dashboard in real time, allowing producers to determine the optimal harvesting point without relying on manual observation.

The project combines embedded systems programming with data visualization to bring precision to a traditionally intuitive process. It demonstrates how IoT technology can modernize and improve quality control in small-scale food production.
