Knowledge Management System is a distance learning and independent study platform developed for Badiklat Kemhan RI (Defense Ministry Training and Education Center of the Republic of Indonesia). The platform enables instructors to create structured training programs and learning materials, while participants can access and complete them at their own pace from anywhere.

The system supports a full e-learning workflow — from course creation and material uploads to learner progress tracking and certification. It promotes a flexible, self-directed learning culture within government institutions, making professional development more accessible and scalable for defense ministry personnel.
